I grew up in Dallas, TX, where sports were my first introduction to the power of community. What stood out to me wasn’t winning or losing (especially as a Cowboys fan), but how much it mattered to show up for a team and be part of something larger than yourself. That lesson has stayed with me and shaped how I approach challenges, relationships, and leadership.
I spent the first chapter of my career learning what makes businesses thrive from the ground up. At Lazard, I advised companies on high-stakes M&A and restructurings. At Bain Capital Double Impact, I focused on scaling mission-driven companies in education and workforce development. At Stanford Business School, I deepened both my operational toolkit and my commitment to building organizations that matter.
Today, I am bringing those experiences together through Camper Partners. I am not a broker or a corporate buyer. I am an individual, backed by my family, searching for one great business to partner with and lead.
