I grew up in Dallas, TX, where sports were my first introduction to the power of community. What stood out to me wasn’t winning or losing (especially as a Cowboys fan), but how much it mattered to show up for a team and be part of something larger than yourself. That lesson has stayed with me and shaped how I approach challenges, relationships, and leadership.
I spent the first chapter of my career learning what makes businesses thrive from the ground up. At Lazard, I advised companies on high-stakes M&A and restructurings. At Bain Capital Double Impact, I focused on scaling mission-driven companies in education and workforce development. At Stanford Business School, I deepened both my operational toolkit and my commitment to building organizations that matter.
Today, I am bringing those experiences together through Camper Partners. I am not a broker or a corporate buyer. I am an individual, backed by my family, searching for one great business to partner with and lead. My goal is to build on the legacy you have created and devote myself fully to the long-term success of your company and its people.
